It races right-side up, upside-down, and any other smooth surface, all with outstanding scale speed and performance. Working headlights act as charge level indicators, so you know when it's time to recharge. Car comes with two power settings - floor mode with venture fan off, and suction mode for vertical and upside-down action. Includes four different frequencies so you can race against your friends. The car really did move up the walls backwards without falling. My son really enjoyed that feature. However, we did not have much sucess moving up the walls going forward. I don't know if it was because of the wall's surface. The wheels would turn but there was not enough traction for it to move forward. Despite that, my son really enjoyed seeing it go backwards on the wall. That was really cool to him.

Lots of fun watching it ride on the wall, but if you have textured walls it will keep falling off
