This is by far the BEST Air Hog plane/heli we have ever purchased. My 10 year old son has had this plane for over 2 months and it still works like brand new after many many flights. He loves it and has gotten quite good at flying it! My husband and I can't believe how smooth it flys and how long it can stay up in the air without crashing. Well worth the money without a doubt.

The car really did move up the walls backwards without falling. My son really enjoyed that feature. However, we did not have much sucess moving up the walls going forward. I don't know if it was because of the wall's surface. The wheels would turn but there was not enough traction for it to move forward. Despite that, my son really enjoyed seeing it go backwards on the wall. That was really cool to him.

Lots of fun watching it ride on the wall, but if you have textured walls it will keep falling off

The Maisto Street Troopers PT-808 Radio Controlled Vehicle provides a twist on the remote controlled car that will thrill kids 8 years old and up. In addition to the usual driving around, the Street Troopers PT-808 can transform into a robot at the push of a button and shoot missiles at the enemy.

The Street Troopers PT-808 is an aggressive looking car with a black and red color scheme and guns on its side that is slightly reminiscent of the Batmobile. The design will appeal to young boys who will enjoy simply racing the car around. The vehicle has a nice heft to it, but because it also transforms into a robot, it has more moving parts than the average radio-controlled car. While it did not break during our testing, we found it a bit more delicate than the average remote controlled vehicle. For the added fun of being able to transform, however, we found this to be a worthwhile tradeoff.
In order to get the car moving, the PT-808 requires six AA batteries for the car and a 9V for the remote control. Please note that a Phillips screwdriver is needed to remove the battery cover.

Transform Into a Robot With a Button Push
After we installed the batteries, we instantly tried the transform function. Holding down the large, backlit button on the remote did exactly as it was supposed to, and the car transformed into a robot. Holding the button down again, the robot transformed back into a car.

Air Hogs Apache Havoc Helicopter

Remote Control Toys. This toy is tons of fun and is definitely worth the $25. While it's not very easy to actually control the directions of the helicopter, it's very easy to keep it in the air, and it's more steady than I thought it would be.
Some things to look out for:

-the helicopter is made out of foam so that it could be light enough to fly. It would easily break if you step on it, but I've dropped mine out of the air hundreds of times and it still works just the same.

-the battery life per charge is only about 5 minutes, and then the charge takes about 20 minutes, but this is so that the battery inside the copter wouldn't weigh too much.

-6 AA batteries are required for the remote control.

Overall, this helicopter is a unique and affordable gift idea that is sure to be appreciated. Of course, it doesn't really have to be a gift, I just got one for myself because I was curious...
